Duravant, a global leader in engineered equipment and automation solutions for the food processing, packaging, and material handling sectors, has announced its acquisition of T-TEK Material Handling LLC. Based in Montgomery, Alabama, T-TEK is renowned for its high-speed packaging machinery and systems solutions. The company specializes in designing, building, and servicing advanced end-of-line equipment, including palletizers, depalletizers, conveyors, and custom automated lines for major producers in the packaged food, beverage, and consumer products industries. T-TEK is celebrated for its deep technical expertise in palletizing applications and is a leading provider of turnkey systems, as well as equipment rebuilds and upgrades for existing machinery brands.

The acquisition of T-TEK strategically enhances Duravant’s presence in the expanding packaged food and beverage sector. T-TEK’s offerings complement Duravant’s existing product lineup, including its nVenia, Mespack, and Wulftec brands within the packaging segment.
