NSF, a global leader in public health and safety, has appointed Melissa (Mel) Cash as Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. In her new position, Cash will drive growth in NSF’s global markets by implementing commercial strategies, enhancing sales capabilities, boosting brand visibility, and fostering program innovation and customer success. Her responsibilities will encompass leading teams in Brand and Communications, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Web, Innovation, Standards Development, Toxicology, and Government Affairs.

Cash brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing and sales enablement. Before joining NSF, she was Chief Growth Officer at Amy’s Kitchen and previously held roles as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Nestlé, where she helped expand brands such as Stouffer’s and Sweet Earth in North America, and at Kellogg Company, where she led the Special K and MorningStar Farms brands.
Cash holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan and is a member of Chief, a network for executive women.
