The iconic restaurant brand, celebrated for its bold, innovative flavors with a California twist, is launching the holiday season with a limited-time menu featuring three new items designed to capture the festive spirit. Starting Tuesday, November 5, through Monday, January 6, guests can enjoy these seasonal additions:
- Blistered Shishito Peppers: Fresh shishito peppers, blistered to perfection and finished with tamari, garlic, red chili, and toasted sesame seeds. Watch out – one in ten might bring a little heat!
- Braised Short Rib Ragu Pasta: Tender, slow-braised short rib combined with pappardelle pasta in a rich, house-made ragu featuring California tomatoes, cream, shaved garlic, and wild Greek oregano, garnished with fresh parsley.
- Mini Butter Cake Flight: A new spin on the iconic Butter Cake, this bite-sized dessert flight lets guests choose three flavors, served with vanilla Häagen-Dazs® ice cream. Topping options include:
- Dark Chocolate & Brownie Crumble
- Spiced Apple & Cherries
- Smoked Bacon & Maple
- Classic Butter Cake
Chef Paul Pszybylski, VP of Culinary Innovation, shared his excitement: “This season, we’ve elevated our holiday offerings with crave-worthy, shareable dishes, including our famous Butter Cake in a new Mini Flight format with indulgent topping choices!”
For Thanksgiving gatherings, the restaurant is also offering a Friendsgiving Sides Menu to make hosting effortless. Available from November 5 to November 27, these sides, including Spinach Artichoke Dip, Caesar Salad, Crispy Smashed Potatoes, Broccolini, Mac ‘N’ Cheese, and Cinnamon Apple Cobbler, serve up to 12 guests. Each side is priced at $40, or $70 for two, and can be pre-ordered at cpk.com for takeout or delivery.
