oday, acclaimed chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud announces the launch of Cuisine Boulud New York, a premier catering service designed for corporate functions, special events, galas, conferences, and more. This new venture is a collaboration with LifeWorks Restaurant Group.
Led by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud and his Dinex Group hospitality team, and supported by LifeWorks’ organizational expertise, Cuisine Boulud New York is poised to make a significant impact in the Metro New York catering scene.
With over 30 years of high-end catering experience, notably from his former events business at Restaurant DANIEL, Chef Boulud is celebrated for crafting curated experiences and offering warm hospitality to a diverse range of clients. Cuisine Boulud New York aims to expand this tradition to encompass social events, weddings, corporate catering, and more, catering to various group sizes.

Cuisine Boulud New York will operate from a state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot kitchen located at SL Green’s One Madison Avenue in Manhattan. The company will also serve as the exclusive caterer for Le Jardin sur Madison, the newly opened rooftop event space at One Madison. Additionally, La Tête d’Or, a new steakhouse opening at One Madison this fall, is a partnership between Boulud, LifeWorks, and SL Green. With its facilities in the heart of New York City, the company is well-positioned to provide exceptional catering services throughout the city and beyond.
