Today, renowned chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud announces the launch of Cuisine Boulud New York, a new culinary venture tailored for corporate catering, special events, galas, conferences, and more. This innovative business is a collaboration with LifeWorks Restaurant Group.
Under the leadership of Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud and his Dinex Group hospitality business, and supported by the organizational expertise of LifeWorks, Cuisine Boulud New York is set to make a significant impact on the Metro New York catering market.
With over 30 years of high-end catering experience from his previous events business, primarily operated from the kitchen at Restaurant DANIEL, Chef Boulud is renowned for providing curated experiences and warm hospitality to a discerning and diverse clientele. Now, with the Cuisine Boulud New York team, he is ready to expand their offerings to include social events of all kinds, weddings, galas, corporate catering, and workplace amenities, serving groups of varying sizes.

Operations for Cuisine Boulud New York will be based primarily out of a new, state-of-the-art 12,000-square-foot kitchen located at SL Green’s One Madison Avenue in Manhattan. Cuisine Boulud New York will also be the exclusive caterer for Le Jardin sur Madison, the recently-opened rooftop event space at One Madison. Additionally, La Tête d’Or, a new steakhouse opening at One Madison this fall, is a partnership between Boulud, LifeWorks, and SL Green. With its facilities centralized in the heart of New York City, the company is positioned to provide its services throughout the city and beyond.
