DoorDash is thrilled to announce partnerships with several popular neighborhood grocers across the United States, expanding on-demand delivery services for groceries and daily essentials. Kowalski’s, Mar-Val Food Stores, and Geissler’s Supermarket are now live on DoorDash, with Milam’s Market set to join the platform in the coming weeks. These local favorites join DoorDash’s Marketplace, which already features over 500,000 merchants.
Kowalski’s: A beloved staple in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area since 1983, Kowalski’s is known for its high-quality groceries, including naturally raised meats, organic produce, and specialty products. With 11 locations now available on DoorDash, consumers can easily access a wide range of fresh and everyday essentials.
Mar-Val Food Stores: With nine locations across California, Mar-Val Food Stores brings a unique blend of supermarket variety and small-town charm to rural communities. As a family-owned grocer, Mar-Val is dedicated to providing quality products and supporting local customers.
Geissler’s Supermarket: With a century-long history, Geissler’s Supermarket remains a cornerstone in the communities it serves across Connecticut and Massachusetts. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, Geissler’s offers fresh local products, from beef to baked goods, while partnering with local farms and suppliers to ensure top-quality groceries. Customers can now enjoy the convenience of delivery from Geissler’s seven locations.
Milam’s Markets: Serving Miami-Dade for 40 years, Milam’s Markets is known for its quality products and exceptional customer service. As a family-owned business, Milam’s combines the feel of a close-knit community with the variety expected in a bustling city. All six locations will soon be available for on-demand delivery via DoorDash.
These new partnerships demonstrate DoorDash’s commitment to connecting consumers with the best local offerings, whether they’re shopping with a long-time favorite or exploring a new grocer in the community. All the new partners will be accessible through DashPass, DoorDash’s subscription service that offers $0 delivery fees on eligible grocery orders.
