Dr. Chiartas and Mr. Schembre will also contribute to advancing Agrology’s Arbiter product, developing new soil health metrics to aid grower decision-making, and ensuring that Agrology’s data meets the highest scientific standards.

Dr. Jessica Chiartas, a prominent soil scientist with a PhD in Soils and Biogeochemistry from U.C. Davis, brings a wealth of experience in studying the long-term impacts of agricultural management on soil carbon, health, and ecosystem services. As President and Lead Scientist at RegenScore, she has worked with organizations like Ben & Jerry’s and Simple Mills to develop monitoring programs that assess the environmental, agronomic, and economic impacts of regenerative practices. Dr. Chiartas will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights for Agrology.

With 20 years of experience in agriculture and natural resource management, Chuck has managed various farms and served as a soil health educator and consultant. His expertise in soil health analysis, regenerative crop fertility, and ecosystem restoration will be vital as Agrology enhances its product offerings with comprehensive soil health metrics from its Arbiter platform.
