Sprouts Farmers Market has today announced the addition of seven new individual Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships with standout female college athletes. These newest partnerships reinforce the brand’s ongoing commitment to its trailblazing PowHERed by Sprouts initiative, a program dedicated to empowering women on and off the field. Lauren Betts – Basketball (University of Los Angeles)
Lauren Betts, named the 2024–2025 National Defensive Player of the Year and unanimous conference Defensive Player of the Year, has made history at her university. She became the first player in school history to record more than 600 points, 300 rebounds, and 100 blocks in a single season. This season, she will team up with her sister, Sienna, in a bid for the Women’s Final Four in Phoenix. Lauren is recognized not only for her remarkable on-court performance but also for her leadership and dedication to her teammates.

Sienna Betts – Basketball (University of Los Angeles)
Sienna Betts, one of the nation’s top recruits and an international gold medalist as a youth player, is looking to make a major impact alongside her sister Lauren. Known for her versatility and scoring ability, Sienna brings energy and precision to the court and has been a rising star in collegiate basketball circles. Together, the Betts sisters symbolize the growing influence of women in sports and represent Sprouts’ mission to empower female athletes.

Melania Fullerton – Soccer (University of Nashville, TN)
Melania Fullerton, a two-time Southeastern Conference (SEC) Academic Honor Roll student, contributed significantly to her team last season. Appearing in 14 matches, Fullerton scored a goal and recorded a critical assist over 250+ minutes of play. Her dedication on the field is matched by her academic achievements, highlighting the dual commitment of many student-athletes to excellence in both athletics and education.

Madi Hays – Softball (University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS)
Madi Hays served as her team’s pinch runner in 2025, finishing the season with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage and an impressive 10 stolen bases—a career and team high. Hays’ speed and strategic approach on the field make her a formidable competitor, and her precision and athleticism reflect the high-performance standards that Sprouts seeks to fuel through nutrition and wellness support.

Teagan Kavan – Softball (University of Texas, Austin, TX)
Teagan Kavan has distinguished herself as one of the most accomplished collegiate softball players in recent years. She earned the Most Outstanding Player award at the 2025 Women’s College World Series (WCWS) and First Team All-SEC honors, alongside recognition on several All-American lists. A multi-time SEC Pitcher of the Week winner, Kavan played a pivotal role in leading her team to a championship-winning season. Her dedication, skill, and leadership make her an ideal ambassador for Sprouts’ PowHERed initiative.

Whitney Lauenstein – Volleyball (University of Texas, Austin, TX)
Whitney Lauenstein, named to the Academic All-Conference team before transferring in 2023, had a standout sophomore season with 28 service aces across 32 matches—the highest on her team. Lauenstein’s precision, strategic gameplay, and commitment to academics underscore the holistic approach Sprouts values in its NIL athletes, balancing athletic performance with personal development.

Tiffani Rae Pittman – Track & Field (University of Maryland, Washington, D.C.)
Tiffani Rae Pittman, a key member of the conference title-winning 4 x 100 relay team, is a four-time member of her conference All-Academic team. A Maryland native, Pittman demonstrates Sprouts’ commitment to supporting athletes who excel both on the track and in the classroom. Her dedication to speed, endurance, and teamwork exemplifies the qualities Sprouts seeks to nurture through its nutrition and wellness offerings.
