Flow Beverage Corp. is excited to announce the appointment of Joseph Mimran to its Board of Directors. Mr. Mimran will also serve on the Audit Committee and the Governance, Human Resources & Compensation Committee. Additionally, the company has announced the resignation of Joe Jackman from the Board of Directors.
Nicholas Reichenbach, Flow’s founder and CEO, expressed his gratitude, stating, “Joe Jackman was pivotal in Flow’s strategic transition toward a capital-efficient operating model. I want to personally thank him for his exceptional contributions to our brand and company. Joe has supported Flow in countless ways over the years, and his insights into the beverage industry have been invaluable as we refined our operational approach.”

Mr. Mimran is currently the President and Creative Director at Joseph Mimran & Associates Inc. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Gibraltar & Company, a Toronto-based private investment firm. Renowned in the fashion and design industry, Mr. Mimran is recognized for creating and co-creating a series of visionary brands and retail concepts, including Joe Fresh, Club Monaco, Tilley Sport, Caban, Joe Fresh Beauty, Rise Little Earthling, and Alfred Sung. He has served as Chairman of the Fashion Design Council of Canada and was a prominent figure on the CBC show Dragons’ Den from 2015 to 2018. In 2015, he was inducted into Canada’s Marketing Legends Hall of Fame. Mr. Mimran is also a patron of the arts, supporting institutions such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, and the New Museum in New York. He is a Luminaire for the Luminato Arts Festival.
