One successful application of digital twins was in launching paper Pringles cans in Europe. By testing the production process virtually, the team ensured minimal downtime and a smooth ramp-up in manufacturing.

The company is also empowering its R&D teams with hands-free assisted reality devices like the RealWear Navigator 520. Integrated with Microsoft Teams, this tool enables real-time video collaboration across geographies, giving team members a first-person view of new process innovations.

On the manufacturing floor, Kellanova has deployed handheld tablet technology at its plants. These devices provide line operators with real-time data and insights, helping them optimize performance and maintain high operational standards throughout the day.
