La Crosse Milling Company, a leading oat miller in America, is excited to announce Kevin Like as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. With a distinguished 34-year career at ADM, including his role as President of ADM Milling Company, Mr. Like brings extensive experience and a track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth and profitability.

Mr. Like joins La Crosse Milling from LikeWise LLC, where he served as CEO, providing consulting services across the agribusiness sector. His previous roles at ADM included President of ADM Milling Company, where he managed their North American grain milling operations, and Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where he linked ADM’s sales teams with global food customers.

Mr. Like holds an MBA from Millikin University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business/Agribusiness Operations and Economics from South Dakota State University. He has previously served as Executive Director of the North American Millers Association and was Chairman of the Canadian National Millers Association.
