Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LW) has announced the appointment of Norman Prestage to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Prestage, who recently retired from Ernst & Young, LLP in June 2024, brings decades of expertise from his time as a partner at the global professional services firm. He will also serve on the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee.

Mr. Prestage joined Ernst & Young in 1987, where he served as the global client service partner for several large multinational companies in the consumer products, foodservice, retail, and risk management sectors. He was a member of the Ernst & Young Americas Global Accounts Partner Group and served on the firm’s Global Consumer Products Advisory Board. His leadership roles included Retail and Consumer Products Industry Leader for the Midwest, Managing Partner of the Arkansas office, and Southwest Area Partner Forum member. Mr. Prestage is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
