Since his inception at Nestlé Italy in 1987, Settembri has navigated through diverse management roles across various sectors. His stewardship notably propelled Purina PetCare into one of Nestlé’s premier and most lucrative ventures in Europe. Ascending to the role of Head of Zone EMENA (Europe, Middle East, and North Africa) in 2017, Settembri’s trajectory evolved with Nestlé’s strategic realignments, eventually leading to his appointment as Head of Zone Europe following the company’s geographical restructuring in 2022.
