Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the world’s leading distributor of beverage alcohol, has announced the appointment of Tim Redell as Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales and Execution for its American Liberty Division. This new role will take effect on November 16, 2024.
Redell will report to BJ Vorderer, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the American Liberty Division, which is dedicated to managing the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio. In his new role, Redell will oversee all sales execution activities, including strategic planning, program development, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives for Pernod Ricard USA. His responsibilities will also include preparing sales forecasts, setting new product priorities, partnering on route-to-market strategies, and establishing sales policies.

Redell joined Southern Glazer’s in 2016 as Vice President and General Manager for the East Region in the Transatlantic Spirits Division, where he managed portfolios for Bacardi USA, Patron Spirits, and Heaven Hill Brands. He later served as Senior Vice President, Managing Director for the Campari Portfolio, driving growth and strengthening partnerships with Campari America. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Supplier Development & Marketing, where he enhanced relationships with supplier partners and drove national commercial growth through aligned brand strategies.
With over 25 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, including significant roles at Campari America and Trinchero Family Estates, Redell brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to his new role.
