The Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) and Cape May-Lewes Ferry (CMLF) officials are thrilled to announce the grand opening of Stowaways, an exciting new dining destination offering panoramic views of the Delaware Bay at the Cape May, New Jersey Ferry Terminal.
Located at 1200 Lincoln Boulevard, Stowaways features three distinct dining venues: Stowaways Bar & Restaurant, Stowaways Café, and The Overlook at Stowaways, a dedicated space for private events and functions.
Stowaways Bar & Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Amy Salcedo, a Cape May resident, showcases a menu highlighting fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From shareable plates to handcrafted pizzas and salads, the menu also features favorites from Philadelphia-based Chickie’s & Pete’s. The restaurant offers a digital QR-code menu system for efficient ordering, complemented by a diverse drink selection including draft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and signature crushes. Happy hour specials run Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Designed to blend indoor and outdoor dining experiences, Stowaways Bar & Restaurant provides expansive outdoor seating and cozy indoor options with views of the ferry arrivals and stunning sunsets. A spacious lawn adjacent to the water invites relaxation and socializing.
Live performances throughout the season enhance the ambiance, making Stowaways a destination for exceptional food, scenic views, and memorable experiences.
Stowaways Bar & Restaurant operates Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
