Explore the Vast Wonders of Big Bend National Park

Big Bend National Park stands as a sprawling testament to nature’s grandeur, encompassing over 800,000 acres of captivating desert, river, and mountain landscapes in southwest Texas. Aramark Destinations has been integral to the park’s visitor experience, assuming concessioner duties in April 2022, following its acquisition of the portfolio of properties from Forever Resorts.

Recently awarded a new multiyear contract starting July 1, 2024, Aramark, operating under Casa Grande Hospitality, LLC, continues to provide essential services within the park, including lodging, dining, fuel, retail, and RV accommodations.

Within this expansive sanctuary lie ancient geological marvels, pristine night skies, extensive riverways, and picturesque scenic routes such as the Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive, offering glimpses of historic sites and breathtaking vistas.

The iconic Rio Grande flows along the park’s border for 118 miles, carving out stunning canyons like the majestic Santa Elena Canyon, where visitors can embark on river excursions or leisurely hikes along its shores.

Just beyond the park’s entrance lies the charming Big Bend Station in Terlingua, Texas, a fully owned and operated Aramark Destinations property. Recently renovated accommodations, including comfortable rooms and cozy duplexes, as well as a welcoming RV Ranch, provide a perfect base for exploring the region’s natural wonders. Located a mere 3 miles from the western entrance of Big Bend National Park, it offers easy access to the park’s treasures.

“Big Bend National Park is a sanctuary of awe-inspiring beauty and diversity, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the richness of nature and culture nestled in the heart of Texas,” remarks Tracy Garland, General Manager of Big Bend Station. “Whether seeking adventure, solitude, or inspiration, the mountains, deserts, rivers, and skies here offer boundless experiences.”
