Burger for Cheese Lovers Applebee’s Unveils New O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger
Applebee’s is taking its love of indulgent comfort food to another level with the launch of its new O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger, a limited-time menu creation that combines two of the restaurant chain’s most recognizable offerings: the Quesadilla Burger and its popular O-M-Cheese concept.
The new burger builds on the viral popularity of Applebee’s O-M-Cheese Burger by adding an extra layer of cheesy indulgence to the chain’s fan-favorite Quesadilla Burger. The result is a loaded entrée designed for diners who enjoy bold flavors, generous portions and plenty of melted cheese.
The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger starts with Applebee’s signature Quesadilla Burger, featuring bacon and Pepper Jack cheese. The burger is then served sizzling in a skillet filled with molten queso and melted Cheddar cheese. A mound of crispy chips accompanies the dish, giving guests plenty of opportunities to dip and enjoy the rich cheese sauce alongside every bite.
Available for a limited time, the new O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger can also be ordered as part of Applebee’s popular 2 for $25 menu, giving customers another way to enjoy the new offering while sharing a meal.
“Guests can’t get enough of our viral O-M-Cheese Burger, so we’re bringing that same indulgent, cheese-loaded experience to one of our most iconic menu items, the Quesadilla Burger,” said Michelle Chin, chief marketing officer at Applebee’s. “Part burger, part quesadilla, served extra cheesy with a mound of chips ready for dipping, our latest menu mashup takes our iconic Quesadilla Burger and gives it the delicious O-M-Cheese twist.”
Applebee’s Expands Its 2 for $25 Menu
Along with introducing the O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger, Applebee’s is expanding its 2 for $25 menu, a value-focused offering created for two diners looking to enjoy a complete meal at an accessible price.
The promotion allows guests to select one appetizer and two qualifying entrées for $25, before applicable tax and gratuity. The appetizer selection includes several popular Applebee’s choices, as well as the limited-time Bacon Cheeseburger Wonton Tacos.
Other appetizer options include classic Boneless Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, and Spinach & Artichoke Dip, giving customers several ways to customize their shared meal.
For a limited time, the entrée lineup includes the new O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger, the O-M-Cheese Burger, Signature Fiesta Lime Chicken and the new California Grilled Chicken Salad.
The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger and O-M-Cheese Burger are available for dine-in only. Pricing, participation and menu selection may vary by location.
New O-M-Cheese Chicken Nachos Add More Cheesy Indulgence
Applebee’s is extending its O-M-Cheese theme beyond burgers with another new menu item: O-M-Cheese Chicken Nachos.
The appetizer combines crispy white corn tortilla chips with chipotle lime chicken, guacamole, sour cream, house-made pico de gallo, jalapeños and cilantro. The loaded nachos are served with a sizzling skillet of queso and melted Cheddar cheeses, along with additional chips for dipping.
The new appetizer is designed to deliver the same over-the-top cheese experience that has helped the O-M-Cheese lineup attract attention, while offering a shareable option for groups and customers looking to start their meal with a hearty appetizer.
With the addition of the chicken nachos, Applebee’s is building an expanded O-M-Cheese lineup that puts melted cheese at the center of multiple menu occasions.
Spooky Sips Return Ahead of Halloween
Applebee’s is also getting an early start on Halloween celebrations with the return of its annual Spooky Sips lineup. The limited-time beverage collection features Halloween-themed cocktails and alcohol-free drinks, giving customers several festive options as the fall season gets underway.
This year’s lineup includes two new $6 Mucho cocktails, served in Applebee’s signature Mucho glass.
Dracula’s Juice combines Bacardí Superior Rum, Cuervo Tradicional Blanco, prickly pear and premium lemon sour for a colorful, fruit-forward cocktail inspired by the Halloween season.
The second new cocktail, Tipsy Zombie, blends Bacardí Superior Rum with melon liqueur, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry and lime. The drink is finished with gummi brains, adding a playful Halloween-inspired touch.
Applebee’s is also offering two alcohol-free beverages for guests who want to participate in the seasonal celebration without ordering a cocktail.

The Graveyard Soda combines MOUNTAIN DEW with blue raspberry flavors and is topped with a creamy swirl, whipped cream, grenadine and OREO cookie crumbles.
Meanwhile, the Tropical Spell Mocktail offers a tropical combination of pineapple, passion fruit, cherry, lime and dragon fruit.
“We’re bringing our Spooky Sips back earlier than ever this year, giving guests more time to enjoy our scary-good beverage lineup to get into the Halloween spirit,” said Nathan Grover, executive director of bar & beverage at Applebee’s. “An annual Applebee’s tradition, this year’s Spooky Sips includes two tasty $6 Mucho cocktails to sink your teeth into, plus two boo-ze free beverages for guests of all ages to get in on the fun!”
A Broader Push Around Value and Limited-Time Menu Innovation
The latest menu additions highlight Applebee’s continued focus on limited-time food and beverage launches that combine recognizable menu favorites with playful twists.
The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger, for example, takes the familiar Quesadilla Burger and adds the brand’s cheese-forward O-M-Cheese treatment. Meanwhile, the O-M-Cheese Chicken Nachos extend the concept into the appetizer category.
At the same time, the return of Spooky Sips gives Applebee’s an opportunity to connect its menu with seasonal occasions. By introducing Halloween-themed beverages earlier in the year, the restaurant is giving guests more time to try the limited-time offerings and incorporate them into fall dining occasions.
Together, the new food and beverage offerings create a menu centered around indulgence, sharing and seasonal entertainment.
Customers looking to visit a nearby Applebee’s can use the restaurant’s online location finder to identify participating restaurants. Guests can also order Applebee’s To Go or delivery through the restaurant’s website or mobile app, where available.
Customers interested in receiving additional promotions and special offers can also sign up for Club Applebee’s, the chain’s loyalty and marketing program.
The O-M-Cheese-adilla Burger and O-M-Cheese Burger are available for a limited time and for dine-in only. Prices, participation and menu availability can vary by location.
The Spooky Sips alcoholic beverages are available to guests age 21 and older, where permitted by law. The $6 cocktail promotion is subject to participation, availability, tax and gratuity exclusions, and other applicable restrictions.
With its new cheese-loaded burger, loaded chicken nachos and expanded Halloween beverage lineup, Applebee’s is giving customers multiple reasons to return to the neighborhood restaurant this fall. The latest offerings combine familiar favorites with oversized portions, bold flavors and seasonal touches—an approach that continues to define the brand’s limited-time menu strategy.
