Having joined AGCO as a manufacturing assembler in 2019, Savageau has progressed to overseeing all final electronics assembly operations at the plant. Her responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing workplace safety standards. She actively champions AGCO’s Team Up! Cultural Belief, ensuring alignment between production readiness and customer expectations. Moreover, Savageau dedicates herself to mentoring colleagues and supporting local food security initiatives.
