ADM Names Monish Patolawala as EVP and CFO

Today, ADM announced the appointment of Monish Patolawala as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2024. He will succeed Ismael Roig, who has been serving as ADM’s Interim CFO since January 2024. Patolawala brings over 25 years of experience in managing global finance and technology teams in leading industrial and healthcare companies, including his most recent role at 3M. As EVP and CFO, he will oversee Global Finance and Accounting, Global Business Services, Global Technology, and Enterprise Strategy at ADM.

Patolawala’s previous role was as President and CFO of 3M Company, where he led finance, country prioritization and governance, information technology, enterprise strategy, and global service centers. Before 3M, he spent over two decades at GE, including serving as CFO of GE Healthcare from 2015 to 2020 and as head of operational transformation for GE from 2019 to 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Biogen Inc.
