Pre-Show Media Preview on Tuesday Morning
AGCO and its brands will kick off the 2024 Farm Progress Show with an exclusive media preview on Tuesday, August 27, from 7–8 a.m. at booth 1002. Journalists will get an early look at AGCO’s new solutions, interview product experts and leaders, and capture photos and videos before the show officially opens. All media representatives are invited to join the AGCO team for interviews, coffee, and breakfast.
Fendt Unveils the 600 Vario® Series Tractor, ErgoSteer™, and Fendt Lodge™
Fendt will showcase the newest addition to its tractor lineup, the Fendt 600 Vario, a 2024 AE50 Award winner designed for versatile farm tasks with a power range of 140 to 240 hp. The exhibit will also feature Farmer-First technologies like ErgoSteer, a joystick steering retrofit solution for Fendt 500 through 1000 Vario wheel tractors; AutoDock™, the first automatic system for connecting and disconnecting headers from the IDEAL® combine; the agronomically advanced Momentum® planter; and the innovative Rogator® 900 Series sprayer. Visitors can also explore the Fendt Lodge, the brand’s new North American home, and experience simulators in the upgraded Fendt Mobile Experience Center.
Massey Ferguson Launches the 9S Series Tractor
Massey Ferguson will introduce the 9S Series tractor, designed to offer farmers better cost efficiency and lower total ownership costs. The MF 9S Series features industry-leading fluid efficiencies and a comfortable cab, with intuitive technology that reduces labor costs and ensures dependable performance, allowing farmers to complete their fieldwork efficiently.
FarmerCore Showcases Mobile Service Truck
AGCO’s FarmerCore exhibit will highlight its transformative approach to delivering a next-generation farmer and dealer experience. This initiative focuses on three pillars: the on-farm mindset, smart network coverage, and digital engagement, all aimed at enhancing profitability, productivity, and sustainability for farmers. Attendees will learn about the tools and strategies that bring dealers closer to farmers, both onsite and online. A fully equipped, mobile on-farm service truck will be on display, showcasing resources that benefit farmers.
Precision Planting Features Retrofit Solutions and Radicle Agronomics in Booth 1234
Precision Planting, a leader in agricultural technology for all seasons, will exhibit retrofit products that upgrade existing equipment to maximize performance. Featured at booth #1234 will be Radicle Agronomics™, a suite of soil sampling and analysis tools that revolutionize the process; SymphonyNozzle™, a sprayer upgrade offering independent control of rate and pressure; and the CornerStone™ Planting System, a complete upgrade for existing planter bars. Visitors can explore a range of products across various growing seasons in one location.
PTx Trimble: Meet AGCO’s Newest Brand in Booth 1234
PTx Trimble, the joint venture launched by AGCO and Trimble Agriculture, will make its North American trade show debut at Farm Progress 2024. Attendees can visit booth #1234 to learn about the company’s vision and its commitment to mixed fleet, retrofit precision ag, and autonomous technologies. The exhibit will also feature the new OutRun™ autonomous grain cart solution, available for demo at the PTx Trimble Ride and Drive site. Growers can learn about beta testing opportunities for the OutRun retrofit kit, set for wider release in 2025.
GSI® Showcases Smart Grain Management and New Dryer
GSI will feature its Smart Grain Management tools, including GrainVue™ and GSI Connect™, alongside VersaLoop™ and the brand’s conditioning portfolio, which now includes a new mixed flow dryer. GrainVue enables farmers to easily monitor and manage stored grain using the latest digital cable technology, while the GSI Connect app allows for remote monitoring and management of dryers. GSI’s new mixed flow dryer completes the brand’s lineup, offering a full range of dryers to suit any operation’s needs. Additional Events at the AGCO Booth
AGCO’s booth will be bustling with activities, including special events and displays for attendees of all ages. Scheduled appearances by personalities from Acres TV, AgPhD, Brian’s Farming Videos, Chronicles of Kayla, and Xtreme Ag will take place on the booth’s center stages throughout the show. Racing enthusiasts can check out Anthony Troyer’s NHRA drag car. The Fendt Lodge will host a daily fire pit and marshmallow roast at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. for younger attendees. Additionally, future ag technicians aged 14-21 can compete head-to-head for prizes in the Pit Stop Challenge.
