Tractor Supply intends to utilize its extensive store network and digital platforms to boost Allivet’s reach and sales potential. For years, Allivet’s PetRx platform has partnered with Tractor Supply to offer digital pet pharmacy services under the Tractor Supply brand.

The company’s platform simplifies pet care, providing easy access to brand-name medications, expert pharmacy guidance, and automatic delivery through its auto-ship program.
“We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Allivet, which allows us to offer an affordable solution for pet and livestock medications to our 37 million Neighbor’s Club members,” said Hal Lawton, President and CEO of Tractor Supply. “Allivet is an excellent platform with a strong management team and financial foundation. Ujjwal Dhoot, CEO of Allivet, added, “We’re excited to join forces with Tractor Supply, which will enable us to reach more customers and further our mission of supporting pet health. Being part of Tractor Supply will accelerate our growth and innovation, making pet care more accessible.”
The transaction, an all-cash deal expected to be financed through Tractor Supply’s balance sheet, is subject to regulatory approvals and is anticipated to close in the first quarter of Tractor Supply’s 2025 fiscal year.
