Justin Brady has joined as Vice President of RNG Supply, and Jeffrey Allison as Senior Director of RNG Supply. Justin Brady: A Strategic Leader with Proven Industry Experience
Justin Brady joins Vanguard Renewables from Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where he spent 11 years, culminating in his most recent role as the Head of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) & Commercial Line of Business. During his tenure, Mr. Brady led Chesapeake’s expansion into new markets and played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Notably, he was responsible for negotiating the company’s first 20-year LNG deal, a landmark achievement that helped establish Chesapeake as a competitive force in the LNG market. Additionally, Mr. Brady served on the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake-Momentum Joint Venture, a $2 billion carbon capture and sequestration pipeline project.
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Brady is an active member of several community organizations, including Pivot, United Way of Central Oklahoma, and Friends of the Capitol. His commitment to both business and community aligns well with Vanguard Renewables’ values of sustainability and social responsibility.
In his new role at Vanguard Renewables, Mr. Brady will report directly to Kent Bartley, President of Organic Solutions. He will focus on securing new business partnerships that align with Vanguard’s vision of sustainability, growth, and decarbonization. His experience in market expansion and strategic partnerships will be instrumental in accelerating the company’s RNG supply efforts.
Jeffrey Allison: A Veteran Leader in Energy and Renewables
Jeffrey Allison brings a wealth of experience in business development within the energy and renewables sectors. He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at Redtail Renewables, where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth in the renewable energy space. Prior to his time at Redtail, Mr. Allison held influential roles at Kinder Morgan and Waste Management, where he gained extensive expertise in midstream gas markets.
At Waste Management, Mr. Allison was instrumental in closing a multi-million-dollar RNG offtake agreement, which helped position the company as a leader in the RNG market. His role at Redtail Renewables further showcased his ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the renewable energy sector, significantly advancing the company’s position in the market. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Allison’s leadership was recognized with the Meritorious Mast for his outstanding contributions to his team and mission.
At Vanguard Renewables, Mr. Allison’s focus will be on developing and securing new RNG partnerships, leveraging his vast network and deep understanding of the energy and renewables sectors. His disciplined, results-driven approach will be essential in helping Vanguard solidify its position as a leader in RNG production.
