AGCO Executive Earns 2024 Women MAKE Award


AGCO, a prominent figure in the global agricultural machinery and precision ag technology sector, proudly recognizes Kimberly Savageau as a recipient of the 2024 Women MAKE Award. Presented by the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce development and education arm of the National Association of Manufacturers, these awards spotlight excellence and innovation within the manufacturing industry. Savageau holds the role of final assembly supervisor at AGCO’s PTx electronics manufacturing facility in Fargo, North Dakota, U.S.

Dave Bellefeuille, the assembly, warehouse, and shipping manager at AGCO, commends Savageau’s leadership, remarking, “Kimberly is an exemplary leader within our manufacturing team. Having joined AGCO as a manufacturing assembler in 2019, Savageau has progressed to overseeing all final electronics assembly operations at the plant. Her responsibilities include optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing workplace safety standards. She actively champions AGCO’s Team Up! Cultural Belief, ensuring alignment between production readiness and customer expectations. Moreover, Savageau dedicates herself to mentoring colleagues and supporting local food security initiatives.

Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Savageau emphasizes, “I am profoundly honored to be selected by the Manufacturing Institute for this award. It symbolizes not only my personal contributions but also the collective impact of women effecting positive change. I am motivated to continue driving progress and am thankful for the support and guidance of my manager throughout this journey.”
