This state-of-the-art customer experience center spans 16,000 square feet and stands as the official North American headquarters for Fendt®. Situated adjacent to AGCO’s Jackson manufacturing facility, The Fendt Lodge™ is poised to become a focal point for customer engagement, product launches, dealer gatherings, and corporate events. Opening its doors to the public on May 2, 2024, it promises an immersive experience for all visitors.
Eric Hansotia, AGCO’s Chairman, President, and CEO, expressed his enthusiasm, citing the overwhelming reception of the Fendt brand among farmers as a driving force behind AGCO’s recent growth. He emphasized the company’s dedication to North American farmers, the promising future of Fendt, and the pride in the Jackson teams and community. The grand opening festivities spanned two days, including an exclusive preview for Fendt’s longstanding farmer-customers, dealers, and AGCO staff, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by notable figures from state and local governments, national and local media, as well as AGCO leadership and employees.
The design of The Fendt Lodge™ mirrors the grandeur of a traditional Midwestern lake lodge, featuring a theater, conference rooms, historical exhibits, product displays, equipment simulators, a merchandise shop, and a coffee bar. It serves as the central hub for dealer training, sales meetings, and brand celebrations in North America. Additionally, it provides a platform to showcase Fendt’s core values, innovative products, and offers test track driving experiences. Visitors also have the opportunity to tour AGCO’s Jackson manufacturing facility, witnessing firsthand the production of Fendt’s acclaimed track tractors and Rogator® applicators.
