Aramark Refreshments Highlights Breakroom Innovation at NAMA Show

Aramark Refreshments, a prominent provider of office coffee, refreshments, and snack distribution services, is gearing up for The NAMA Show 2024, hosted by the National Automatic Merchandising Association from May 7–9 in Dallas, TX. At this premier event for the convenience services industry, Aramark Refreshments will demonstrate its expertise in revitalizing workspaces through unique and adaptable solutions within the dynamic Imagination Way experience.

Pat Liebler, President and CEO of Aramark Refreshments, expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to showcase their commitment to anticipatory hospitality. The company will unveil the Innovation Lounge Powered by Aramark Refreshments, a curated space designed to blend convenience, comfort, community, and engagement. Highlights of the lounge include a Bevi mixology pop-up featuring a customized hydration station, a display of diverse breakspace solutions such as Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology and Apex OrderHQ™ food lockers, and the introduction of new technologies and products from renowned brands like BROOD featuring Revv® Coffee, Everysy, Borg & Overström, and more. Additionally, the lounge will spotlight purpose-based brand partnerships, including those with certified women-owned Marigold & Grey and Bigelow Tea®, as well as Joffrey’s Valor Blend®, which supports the U.S. Armed Forces. Aramark’s dedication to sustainability will also be on display through Intuitive AI’s Oscar and an array of eco-friendly snacks.

Aramark’s innovative leaders will lead discussions throughout the event, offering insights into enhancing the customer experience at work. Pamela Raskin, Vice President of Customer Experience and Innovation, will moderate a panel titled Elevating Customer Experience: Employee Engagement Essentials. Panelists, including Deborah Parnigoni, Vice President of Field Marketing for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, Melissa Alexander, Principal at MultiStudio, and Peter D’Angelo, Senior Vice President of Dining & Hospitality at Citi, will explore the key components necessary for creating community-oriented break experiences.

Erin Moshier, Vice President of Operations for Aramark Refreshments, will participate in a panel titled Successful Technology Implementation: An Open Forum with Expert Panelists. Moshier and other industry experts will discuss strategies for successful technology integration within businesses, emphasizing the importance of careful planning to avoid common pitfalls in purchasing and implementing technology and personnel.
