This partnership aims to provide on-demand delivery services for pet essentials across 720 locations. Whether it’s replenishing food supplies for beloved furry, feathered, or scaly companions or treating them to something special, pet owners can now relish the convenience of same-day delivery through DoorDash.
Chris Rowland, CEO of Pet Supplies Plus, emphasized the brand’s commitment to innovation in meeting the diverse needs of their community. While Pet Supplies Plus enjoys a national presence, it remains an integral part of local communities. The brand caters to various household pets, including cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, small animals, and fish, offering a wide array of necessities, including natural and made-in-the-USA products.
Fuad Hannon, VP of New Verticals at DoorDash, highlighted the company’s commitment to expanding its pet vertical since its launch in 2020, boasting over 400,000 pet products available for on-demand delivery. With the addition of Pet Supplies Plus to the Marketplace, consumers now have access to all their pets’ daily essentials, from food and grooming supplies to toys and accessories, all deliverable in under an hour through DoorDash.
Furthermore, all Pet Supplies Plus stores will be accessible on DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program, which provides members with $0 delivery fees from thousands of restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores nationwide.
It’s worth noting that delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed, and DashPass benefits apply to eligible orders meeting the minimum subtotal requirement listed on DoorDash for each participating merchant. Additional fees, taxes, and gratuity may still apply. Subscribers to DashPass will be automatically charged the then-current renewal price (plus applicable taxes) on a recurring basis until cancellation.
