The More Life Company Corp. Completes Name Change From Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc.
The More Life Company Corp. (the “Company”), formerly known as Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc. (CSE: MVMD; OTC: MVMDF), has announced the completion of its corporate name change to The More Life Company Corp. The change represents an important step in the Company’s broader rebranding strategy and is intended to align its corporate identity more closely with its current business priorities, commercial objectives and long-term growth plans.
The Company said the new name reflects the evolution of its business and provides a clearer representation of the value it seeks to create through its technologies, partnerships and activities across agriculture and human health. Rather than focusing its identity on a specific technology or scientific approach, the new corporate name is designed to emphasize the broader outcomes the Company aims to support in the markets and communities it serves.
Subject to final processing by the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), the Company expects its common shares to begin trading under the new corporate name and new trading symbol “MLCO” at the opening of trading on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Along with the new name and trading symbol, the Company’s common shares will receive a new CUSIP number, 616536108, and a new ISIN, CA6165361081.
The Company’s common shares will continue to be quoted on the OTCID under the existing trading symbol “MVMDF” while the necessary steps are completed to implement the new corporate name and any related trading symbol change in the United States. The Company expects to provide an additional update regarding the U.S. market in the coming days.
New Corporate Identity Focused on Growth
The More Life Company said the name change is more than an administrative update and represents a new chapter in the Company’s corporate identity. The rebranding is intended to provide a straightforward and accessible expression of the Company’s purpose while creating a platform that can accommodate its future technologies, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Dennis Hancock, President and Chief Executive Officer of The More Life Company Corp., said the Company deliberately selected a name that communicates its purpose in a direct and understandable manner.
“We wanted a name that could be understood before it was explained,” Hancock said. He described The More Life Company as a name that is “fresh, clear and human,” adding that it is connected to the value at the center of the Company’s work.
According to Hancock, the Company chose to name itself around the potential outcomes of its work rather than around a particular scientific discipline or chemical process. This approach, he said, gives the Company greater flexibility to communicate the potential value of its technologies and partnerships to customers, investors and other stakeholders.
Hancock further emphasized that “More Life” represents a standard toward which the Company intends to work. The new identity is therefore positioned as a statement of purpose as the Company continues developing its business and exploring opportunities across its areas of focus.
Launch of New Corporate Website
Coinciding with the corporate name change, The More Life Company has also launched a new corporate website at . The website introduces the Company’s new brand and provides updated information about its technologies, business activities and areas of focus.
The new digital platform is expected to serve as the Company’s primary online destination for corporate information, investor communications, technology updates and partnership inquiries. The website is designed to provide stakeholders with a central source of information as the Company moves forward under its new corporate identity.
The Company noted that investors should continue to rely on its filings through SEDAR+ for official public disclosure information. The new corporate website will complement, rather than replace, the Company’s formal regulatory disclosure obligations.
No Change to Share Capital or Ownership
The Company emphasized that the name change does not alter its share capital. Existing shareholders are not expected to take any action solely as a result of the corporate rebranding.
There will be no consolidation of shares, share exchange or alteration of shareholders’ ownership interests associated with the Name Change. The Company has also stated that existing share certificates and Direct Registration System (DRS) statements are not expected to require replacement solely because of the new corporate name.
Certificates representing common shares issued under the Company’s former name are expected to remain valid. In situations involving a future deposit, transfer or other transaction, shareholders may need to follow ordinary procedures required by their broker, intermediary or the Company’s transfer agent. Any such requirements would be addressed in the normal course of business.
Corporate Reorganization Completed
In addition to the name change, the Company has completed several corporate restructuring steps. These include a continuance from the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia to the Business Corporations Act of Ontario, as well as a short-form amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary.
The Company said these measures were undertaken for corporate and administrative purposes. Importantly, they do not represent an acquisition, reverse takeover, change of business or other material strategic transaction.
The Company’s underlying business operations remain unchanged following the corporate reorganization. Its assets, liabilities, management structure and business activities also remain unchanged as a result of the name change, continuance and short-form amalgamation.
Transition to The More Life Company
The completion of the rebranding marks the formal transition from Mountain Valley MD Holdings Inc. to The More Life Company Corp. As the Company moves toward trading under the new CSE symbol “MLCO,” it will begin operating publicly under a corporate identity intended to reflect its evolving business strategy and future ambitions.
The Company’s new identity places emphasis on the potential impact of its technologies and partnerships across agriculture and human health. By focusing its brand on the broader concept of enabling “more life,” the Company aims to establish a recognizable identity that can support its continued development across multiple applications and markets.
For shareholders, the transition is primarily a corporate branding and administrative change rather than a change in ownership or business operations. No shareholder action is expected to be necessary, and the Company has confirmed that the rebranding does not involve a share consolidation, exchange of shares, merger, acquisition, reverse takeover or change of business.
With its new name, website and anticipated CSE trading symbol, The More Life Company is positioning itself for the next phase of its development. The Company said the new identity is intended to better communicate the value it seeks to deliver while providing a foundation for future technologies, commercial relationships and growth initiatives.
As the Company continues its transition to the new corporate identity, investors and other stakeholders can expect additional updates regarding the implementation of the new trading symbol in the United States and other administrative aspects of the rebranding. The Company’s official regulatory filings will continue to provide the definitive source for material corporate and financial disclosures.
