The Association of Pickleball Players (APP) has announced the extension of its partnership with Vlasic® Pickles, a prominent American pickle brand, maintaining its position as the official pickle partner of the APP. In a significant development, Vlasic Pickles will serve as the title sponsor for the 2024 APP Tour, featuring the APP Vlasic Classic™ tournaments in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Delray Beach, Fla.
Tom Webb, APP Chief Marketing Officer, expressed enthusiasm about the extended partnership, highlighting the shared vision between APP and Vlasic Pickles in fostering the growth of pickleball on a global scale. The groundbreaking partnership between the APP and Vlasic Pickles was initially announced in February 2023, making Vlasic Pickles the first-ever pickle brand to sponsor an official professional pickleball tour. The brand also played a pivotal role as the title sponsor for the inaugural APP Vlasic Classic tournament in Cincinnati in May 2023.
