Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM) has announced the retirement of Jeff Hardin, Senior Vice President of Sales, effective July 23, 2024. In light of this transition, Scott Hull, currently serving as Vice President of Sales, will step into the role of executive officer, effective immediately. Hardin will work alongside Hull during the transition period until his official retirement date.
Hardin’s journey with Cal-Maine Foods began in 1988, and he ascended to the position of Vice President of Sales in 2002. Over the years, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s consistent sales growth and fostering enduring relationships with key clients.
Scott Hull, who has been part of Cal-Maine Foods since 2009, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Having worked closely with Hardin in his recent capacity and previously as National Sales Manager, Hull’s transition to executive leadership is poised to be seamless. His tenure includes serving as a general manager at the Louisburg, North Carolina facility before joining the sales team in 2014.
