Comstock Secures Four New Leases at The Hartford

Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHCI) has recently announced significant leasing activity at The Hartford building, situated at 3101 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia. This premier office tower, adjacent to the Clarendon Metro Station, has attracted four new tenants across various sectors, further enhancing its diverse tenant mix and neighborhood amenities.

The new leases include:

  • Spartan Shield, a full-service outsourced accounting and CFO consulting firm, leasing 2,900 square feet of office space.
  • Paris Baguette, a community bakery and café chain, securing 3,400 square feet for its French-inspired baked goods and beverages.
  • Relive Health, an anti-aging and wellness practice, leasing 2,200 square feet to provide comprehensive health and wellness services.
  • Kilwins, a traditional confectionery store established in 1947, leasing 1,500 square feet for its high-quality chocolates, ice cream, and fudge.

These additions contribute significantly to The Hartford’s occupancy, with Spartan Shield bolstering office leasing to 79% commercial occupancy and the three retail leases completing full occupancy of the ground-level retail space, totaling 7,100 square feet.
