Sweetgreen is welcoming the arrival of autumn with the nationwide return of its Fall Harvest menu, bringing back one of the fast-casual brand’s most popular seasonal offerings while introducing new dishes designed around warm, savory and sweet fall flavors.
At the center of this year’s lineup is the Autumn Harvest Bowl, a seasonal favorite built around maple-glazed Brussels sprouts. The 2026 menu also introduces the Maple Glazed Salmon and Roasted Bacon Brussels, giving customers additional ways to enjoy the flavors associated with the changing season.
The company is pairing the menu launch with a playful new marketing campaign called “Fall’s Best Dressed.” The campaign turns sweetgreen’s maple-glazed Brussels sprouts into the unexpected star of a fashion-inspired creative concept, borrowing the visual language of fashion editorials and annual best-dressed lists.
Sweetgreen’s official fall campaign describes the Brussels sprouts as being roasted until caramelized, coated in maple glaze and, in the bacon version, finished with crispy bacon.
Brussels Sprouts Get a Fashion Makeover
For “Fall’s Best Dressed,” sweetgreen is giving one of its signature seasonal ingredients a much bigger spotlight. The campaign features actors Jack Falahee and Maia Reficco, who join the Brussels sprouts in a playful fashion editorial-style presentation.
Styled by Ryan Young, the campaign is rolling out nationally through selected paid media, social media and out-of-home channels.
The concept reflects sweetgreen’s effort to make seasonal food feel culturally relevant and visually distinctive. Rather than treating Brussels sprouts simply as a side dish, the campaign positions them as the star of the fall menu.
“Every fall has an ‘it’ item. Ours happens to be brussels sprouts,” said Zipporah Allen, Chief Commercial Officer at sweetgreen. She described the maple-glazed vegetable as an “object of desire” and said the campaign combines style, playfulness and one of the brand’s favorite seasonal ingredients.
Falahee also embraced the unusual concept, noting that Brussels sprouts are among his favorite vegetables. Reficco said fashion is a way she explores character and mood through acting, music and theater, making the campaign an opportunity to bring that same creative energy to an unexpected food subject.
Autumn Harvest Bowl Returns
The Autumn Harvest Bowl remains the centerpiece of the Fall Harvest lineup. The bowl combines antibiotic-free blackened chicken with maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, roasted almonds, wild rice, organic shredded kale and balsamic vinaigrette.
The combination is designed around contrasting flavors and textures. Sweet roasted potatoes and crisp apples complement the savory chicken, while goat cheese and almonds add creamy and crunchy elements. Maple-glazed Brussels sprouts provide the distinctive fall flavor that separates the seasonal bowl from sweetgreen’s year-round offerings.
The company says Fall Harvest has become a defining seasonal program for the brand. More than 1.4 million Autumn Harvest Bowls were sold across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, highlighting the popularity of the seasonal offering.
Sweetgreen has also continued to build its fall menu around ingredients that evoke traditional autumn meals while keeping the dishes aligned with its fast-casual format.
New Maple Glazed Salmon Adds a Heartier Option
Joining the returning bowl is the new Maple Glazed Salmon, a seasonal plate that combines seafood with several of the same fall ingredients.
The dish features antibiotic-free miso-glazed salmon, maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, warm roasted sweet potatoes, Napa cabbage slaw, white rice and garlic aioli.
The salmon brings a savory and umami-rich component to the menu, while the maple glaze creates a sweet connection with the Brussels sprouts. Roasted sweet potatoes reinforce the autumn theme, while Napa cabbage slaw provides freshness and texture.
According to sweetgreen’s current menu information, the Maple Glazed Salmon contains fish, eggs, grain and soy allergens.
A New Side Puts Brussels Sprouts Front and Center
For customers who want to enjoy the seasonal ingredient without ordering a full bowl or plate, sweetgreen has introduced Roasted Bacon Brussels.
The side combines maple-glazed Brussels sprouts with crumbled bacon and charred jalapeño ranch, creating a mix of sweet, smoky, savory and spicy flavors. A bacon-free version is also available.
Sweetgreen’s current menu lists Roasted Brussels separately as a vegetable-focused option with maple-glazed Brussels sprouts and charred jalapeño ranch, giving customers another way to customize their fall meal.
The brand’s nutrition information lists the Roasted Bacon Brussels at 440 calories per serving, while the standalone Roasted Brussels option is listed at 370 calories.
Farm Sourcing Supports the Seasonal Menu
The fall menu also highlights the agricultural supply chain behind sweetgreen’s seasonal ingredients.
For this year’s maple-glazed Brussels sprouts, the company sourced the vegetable from Dynasty Farms in California’s Santa Maria and Salinas Valleys and Turek Farms, a fourth-generation family farm located in New York’s Finger Lakes region.
Dynasty Farms grows its Brussels sprouts from a single ranch, while Turek Farms uses a hands-on harvesting process. The company says Turek’s Brussels sprouts are 100% hand-picked and force-cooled on-site within 24 to 48 hours of harvest.
These sourcing practices underline sweetgreen’s broader emphasis on fresh ingredients and relationships with farmers. The company says it sources ingredients from farmers it knows and prepares them fresh.
Seasonal Ingredients Define the Fall Experience
Beyond Brussels sprouts, the 2026 Fall Harvest menu brings together a collection of ingredients strongly associated with autumn, including sweet potatoes, wild rice, apples, goat cheese, almonds, blackened chicken, miso-glazed salmon and maple glaze.
This combination gives the menu a recognizable seasonal identity while allowing customers to choose between different formats. The Autumn Harvest Bowl offers a complete meal with grains, vegetables, protein and toppings, while the Maple Glazed Salmon provides a plate-style alternative. The Brussels options, meanwhile, allow customers to add a seasonal side to another order.
Sweetgreen’s menu also continues to emphasize customization. Customers can make changes to proteins, dressings and toppings through the brand’s ordering channels, depending on availability.
Sweetgreen Turns a Seasonal Ingredient Into a Brand Moment
The “Fall’s Best Dressed” campaign demonstrates how food brands are increasingly using cultural and lifestyle themes to give seasonal menu launches a larger identity. In sweetgreen’s case, Brussels sprouts become more than an ingredient: they become the visual centerpiece of the campaign.
The approach also builds on sweetgreen’s history of using seasonal variations to refresh familiar menu platforms. The company previously introduced maple-glazed Brussels sprouts as part of its fall menu strategy, helping establish the ingredient as an important part of its autumn identity.
With the 2026 launch, sweetgreen is taking that idea further by giving the vegetable its own campaign and expanding the ways customers can order it.
Fall Harvest Menu Available Nationwide
Sweetgreen’s 2026 Fall Harvest menu is now available nationwide for a limited seasonal run. Customers can order through participating sweetgreen restaurants, the company’s app and its online ordering platform for pickup or delivery.
The current lineup includes the returning Autumn Harvest Bowl, new Maple Glazed Salmon, Roasted Bacon Brussels and the standalone Roasted Brussels option.
For sweetgreen, the return of Fall Harvest represents more than another seasonal menu update. It combines familiar comfort-food ingredients with the brand’s fresh, fast-casual approach, while the “Fall’s Best Dressed” campaign adds a distinctive pop-culture and fashion angle.
By placing maple-glazed Brussels sprouts at the center of both its menu and marketing strategy, sweetgreen is betting that one of autumn’s most recognizable vegetables can become the season’s unexpected food star.
