Tractor Supply Honors 2026 Top Vendor Partners at Annual Partnership Conference

Tractor Supply Company has recognized 16 leading vendor partners for their contributions to the retailer’s business during its 2026 Annual Partnership Conference, highlighting the importance of collaboration, innovation and customer-focused service across the rural lifestyle retail industry.

The conference took place September 1–3 in Nashville, Tennessee, bringing together Tractor Supply and its vendor community to celebrate partnerships that helped strengthen the company’s merchandising, supply chain, digital operations, customer engagement and community initiatives. The awards recognize companies that demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering quality products, dependable service and value to Tractor Supply customers.

Tractor Supply, which describes itself as the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, said the annual awards provide an opportunity to recognize suppliers whose efforts go beyond simply providing merchandise. The honored partners worked closely with Tractor Supply teams to respond to changing consumer needs, improve business execution and develop new opportunities across the retailer’s operations.

Collaboration at the Center of the Partnership Strategy

Seth Estep, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Tractor Supply, emphasized the important role vendors play in helping the company serve customers who rely on the retailer for products related to agriculture, animal care, home improvement, outdoor living and rural lifestyles.

According to Estep, Tractor Supply’s vendor partners share the company’s focus on forward-thinking collaboration and reliable merchandise. Their expertise enables the retailer to deliver products at the right value while identifying new ways to support its “Life Out Here” customer experience.

The 2026 awards reflect that broad approach to partnership. Rather than focusing on a single aspect of retail performance, Tractor Supply recognized suppliers across a wide range of functions and product categories.

The awards covered areas including merchandising, digital commerce, supply chain, services, community impact, innovation and specialized divisions serving agricultural and rural customers.

Cargill Named Company Partner of the Year

Among this year’s honorees, Cargill received the prestigious Company Partner of the Year award.

Tractor Supply recognized Cargill for its business growth, customer focus and collaborative approach during the past year. The two companies worked together across multiple areas, including marketing, retail media, supply chain, direct sales, store operations and merchandising.

That cross-functional relationship allowed Cargill and Tractor Supply to respond to evolving customer needs while supporting stronger customer engagement and business growth. Tractor Supply said Cargill’s ability to work across different areas of the organization helped create new opportunities and deliver products and solutions aligned with customer expectations.

The recognition also illustrates how major retailers increasingly depend on suppliers as strategic partners rather than simply product providers. Close coordination between merchandising, marketing, logistics and store operations can help retailers respond faster to changes in demand while maintaining product availability and value.

Tractor Supply recognized 16 companies and organizations across its 2026 award categories.

ProSteel Security Products Inc. was named Rookie of the Year, recognizing a newer partner that made a notable contribution during the year.

In seasonal merchandise, Bad Boy Mowers earned the Seasonal Division Partner of the Year award. Seasonal categories are particularly important for a retailer serving rural and outdoor customers, where demand can shift significantly throughout the year.

American Solutions for Business received the Service Partner of the Year award, while Telfair Forest Products, LLC was named Supply Chain Partner of the Year.

Rounding out the list, Lincoln Electric received the Truck, Tool & Hardware Division Partner of the Year award.

Together, the 16 winners represent a broad supplier network supporting Tractor Supply’s diverse customer base.

Supporting the “Life Out Here” Customer

The recognition comes as Tractor Supply continues to build its position as a destination for customers seeking products for farms, ranches, homes, gardens, pets and outdoor activities.

The company reported that, as of June 27, 2026, it operated 2,463 Tractor Supply stores across 49 states, along with 209 Petsense by Tractor Supply locations in 23 states. The retailer also has other businesses serving animal health and veterinary needs, giving it a broad presence across the rural lifestyle and pet markets.

With such a large store network and diverse product assortment, dependable relationships with suppliers are essential. Vendor collaboration can influence everything from product development and inventory availability to promotional campaigns and the in-store customer experience.

For Tractor Supply, the annual Partnership Conference therefore serves as more than an awards event. It provides a platform to recognize suppliers that contribute to the company’s long-term strategy and to reinforce the importance of working together to address customer expectations.
